Description
My Client is a Central Government Department recruiting for a Corporate Finance Advisor to start ASAP. You will have a banking or advisory background with recent experience of having advised on major Capital Investment/Infrastructure projects.
Key tasks will span the full range of corporate finance skills and experience and include the provision of advice on:
*Commercial deal structuring;
*Payment and incentivisation mechanisms;
*The long-term debt market for infrastructure projects;
*Asset sales.
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
*Excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
*Must be able to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.
