Client Analyst - 12 month FTC
York
A York based client are recruiting a Client Analyst to join their team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the Account Management team in their day to day relationship with their Clients providing contractual expertise and ad-hoc analytical support.
*Daily reporting and data mining tasks
*Works within Service Level Agreements
*Provide various reporting and analysis to add value to the relationship and present monthly findings
Skills required:
*Previous client facing experience with exposure to contracts and Service Level Agreements.
*Experience of working in an analytical role and have accuracy and attention to detail.
*Excellent stakeholder management experience.
