Description
High profile UK Infrastructure Company are looking to recruit a talented Project Accountant to assist them during a period of development.
You will support the Head of Finance in all aspects of budget preparation in addition to managing and reporting on the organisations expenditure against the approved budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing the monthly finance report for the Executive Committee, Board and third party stakeholders
- Advising the Head of Finance on proposals where financial approval is being sought
- Further develop the management reporting to support the monthly reviews with Heads of Department and Contract Managers
- Develop Finance department processes to support the management reporting.
What we are looking for:
Candidates will be Qualified Accountants and will have a relevant background gained within the Transport or Infrastructure sector. Candidates with a Government background may also be considered.
