Description
Mandatory:
- Ability to analyse and understand technical requirements that may have an impact on the operability and the support of complex banking applications.

At least 2 years of professional experience in Control-M applications support (Distributed or IBM Mainframe)
Preferable:
- Knowledge of banking batch applications
- ITIL (v3) knowledge of 2nd and 3rd level support organisation of teams dedicated to specific platforms and software systems.
Technical experience required
Thorough knowledge of Control-M distributed & Mainframe
- Thorough knowledge of Mainframe, Windows, Unix, Aix.
- Good knowledge of IT environments
Good knowledge of iSeries IBM Mainframe
- Experience in monitoring systems (Tivoli) will be an advantage.
Functional experience required
Mandatory: - Ability to understand and analyse complex applications issues that could be related to the software language or to the bank applications.
- Ability to document all new applications installed according to the bank standards and to keep the documentation up-to-date.
- Ability to coordinate and implement changes in the QA and Production environments.
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Planning.
- Deployment in QA and Production, validate, control business applications within agreed service levels
- Planification with the Delivery Center Control -M and deployment based on releases and Runbooks.
- Continuity: Maintenance of existing batch job applications.
- Daily checking of the batch-processes in Production and QA environments (Monitoring)
- Incident Management: solving incidents with or without other parties (3rd line).
- Inform users about standards and best practices.
- Team spirit and communication skills are key in order to achieve optimal productivity and performance quality
