About the Role:
- Responsible for leading and delivering a major stream in the Technology project agenda.
- Daily management of the Managed Services Delivery partner, a 3rd party
- Stakeholder management at GM and Head of Department level across Technology Globally and representing the program at monthly steering committees.
- Lead a team of PMs to maintain continual oversight of BAU delivery releases impacts
- Representing the program at Governance committees and pulling together the associated artefacts to support the programs position
- Daily programme management responsibilities
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experienced Manager with ability to manage multiple project streams
- Ability to provide appropriate levels of guidance to more junior Project managers as direct delivery reports
- Ability to manage a program level financial forecast
- Ability to manage stakeholders and troubleshoot with minimal guidance
- Proven experience across all facets of project life cycle; solid understanding of the need for good project hygiene
- Experience in running Technical projects; but not deeply technical themselves
- Ideally Infrastructure delivery knowledge especially Network and security projects, DDOS DMZ, NAC, & WAF.
- Experience of delivering through others especially external service providers
- Ability to manage remotely especially deliveries in India, Singapore and NZ
