Description
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Experience in Switching Core Network Troubleshooting.
- Minimum 3 years experience with NSN Release 4 MSS and MGW.
- Good knowledge of SS7 and IP technologies.
- Has an understanding of IP protocols, concept and message flows
- Experience with trouble ticket tools and process
- Fault identification/correction/reporting skills
- Fluency in English, Arabic/French is a +
- Ready to support EMCY on a 24/7 basis
- Handle technical requests, provides understanding of customer's network configuration, co-ordinates resolution delivery
- System tracing and protocol flow analysis, expert in utilizing troubleshooting tools
- Perform complex technical activities such a SW upgrades/updates.
- Lead & plan technical/customer system acceptance testing and feature testing.
- Responsible for meeting contracted response times.
- Responsible as technical customer contact
- On request perform: Installation and/or commissioning and/or integration activities and Network expansion activities
