GoAhead Solutions has an immediate need in Ann Arbor, MI for a Communications Coordinator. This would be a Three month contract to start out.

 

Job Description:

Seeking a Communications Coordinator that is a self-starter in drafting communication throughout a corporate environment in the company.  Someone who has strong organizational skills.  That can push through feedback and facilitate it all the way through from the managers.  Will be involved with HR, Benefits and Recruiting.  Will post documents on the I-Connect site which is a HRIS system where documents are stored.  Must have experience working in a corporate environment.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. Operates automated office equipment. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.

 

Requirement:

Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

 

Job Complexity:

Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.

 

Supervision:

Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

 

Experience:

Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
