Description
We're looking for someone that loves WordPress, understands its architecture, and loves extending its technology to create advanced plugins for marketers. This is a freelance position so please let us know how many hours you are available and your weekly rate. If it works out we would like for this position to develop into more of a full-time position.
If you were working with us here is some of the things you would of done last week:
- Sliced a PSD from our designer and integrated it as a WordPress theme that has a options panel
- Developed a WordPress plugin that locked content on a page until a user either shared the page on facebook or twitter
- Fixed a bug on one of our clients sites that caused the menus in the admin to stop working after they upgraded to version 3.5
- Planning for our new membership script
- Fixed a bug in our plugin that uses the authorize.net API
- Experience creating a WordPress plugins
- Expereince with WordPress theme development
- Excellent command with Javascript and CSS
- Excellent command with PHP/MYSQL
- Believes anything is possible with WordPress
- Ability to highly customize ready themes like ones you would buy at theme forest
