Description
The role will involve managing and maintaining the companies site Quality Management System and Document Control system, organising and controlling all site inspections and approving all welding procedures and records. You will need to regularly attend project management meetings with the client and various certifying bodies and also liaise closely with the Company's project engineering department.Due to the nature of this role, the successful applicant must have previous QA Engineering experience on heavy process plant, ideally boiler plant - HRSGs, etc associated with Power Stations, Waste to Energy plant, etc, although good experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical industries will also be considered. You must also be familiar with up to date welding inspection and NDT techniques.
