Customer Project Manager - Core Network - Belgium
Detailed job description:
* Senior or Experienced Project Manager with several years of CSI experience.
* Technical background in the Packet Core domain (SGSN, GGSN, PCRF).
* Knowledge of OSS domain is a plus.
Activities: (from standard CSI CPM assignment spec)
* Revise preliminary project plan for project execution created during Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Support.
* Update preliminary resource allocations done during Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Support, and make final reservation of project resources for contract execution.
* Revise cost estimate for project execution and Customer Project Management created during Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Support.
* From Contract Handshake, bring the customer project into execution.
* Manage the project from Start to End including Budget, Time, Scope, Change, Risks, Human Resources, Stakeholders ... Management.
* State the expected outcome of the assignment.
* Set the time limits for the assignment by stating a ready date.
* Define other tasks if applicable.
* Work in close cooperation with the Core 3 (ACR, CFR, CSR)
* Report the project status to the internal/external stakeholders on a regular base (weekly or bi-weekly)
* Report directly to the PMO manager and in dotted line to the MSIP/Operations Director
