Job Description
- 8 - 10 years of deep operational knowledge in Sales and Marketing way of working
- Should have good understanding and working knowledge of Account Management Process and principles.
- A deep knowledge on developing Account Management process for any CPG customer is preferred
- Out of overall experience, 2 - 3 years of experience and good understanding of SFDC Technology is must
- Ability to understand complex business needs and requirements and translate these to process principles, process documentation, concept documentation
- Ability to think strategic (see the big picture) and model tactically (operational reality)
- LEAN expertise in modelling value adds processes. Process development skills, PowerPoint, Visio, QPR
- Graphical use case development skills
- Requirements descriptions, ideally Accept IT experience
- Concept documentation skills
- Good Communication skill is must
- Ability to understand information models, tool architecture models, detailed swim lane based process models
- To create business requirements and use cases based concept document for the sales process areas in general and below ones in particular
