Fully RTL conversion and translation – wordpress theme

I’m looking for professional programmer for a job. I have bought a theme named MADE: http://themeforest.net/item/made-responsive-reviewmagazine-theme/?sso?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=IndustrialThemes

I want to FULLY CONVERT to RTL the WHOLE theme with all it’s features and translate the WHOLE theme to hebrew (the settings , the theme option , the review options , the theme it self…. everything)

My goal in the end of your work is that i will have complete and perfect theme so that i can start immediately work on my website!

the website will be in hebrew , .co.il , target audience: israel.
