ERP Implementation Project Manager, East Midlands (6 Months Initially)Role
To lead an ERP cradle-to-grave implementation within a successful manufacturing organisation.
Reporting directly to board level, you must have key experience of implementing large scale ERP systems. The nature of your career to date would indicate that you are an ERP specialist. Ideally a qualified Prince II practioner you will Project Manage the full implementation of a new ERP system, working alongside a software vendor and the main board of this manufacturing organisation. You will have a proven pedigree engaging with and managing employees and must have experience managing 3rd party suppliers as well as clear people skills in order to successfully manage this project. A charismatic and strong individual you will lead the 'buy in' educational projects across all levels of the organisation from main board to the manufacturing floor. There will also be an expectation to work on employee ERP workshops, so experience with designing and delivering these, to stakeholders, is essential. There is an emphasis on pushing through the project within a dedicated time frame and budget.
Essential Experience
Previous experience of working within a number of varied ERP implementation projects in a cradle-to-grave capacity.
Experience working alongside ERP software vendors.
Clear examples of ERP education projects within various implementations you have worked on.
Microsoft ERP software Experience.
Experience reporting into board level of any organisations.
An appreciation of the software development life cycle.
Clear understanding of data migration from legacy ERP systems to new ERP systems.
Extensive ERP Project Management experience.
Experience with ERP within the manufacturing industry.
Ideal Experience
Prince II qualified.
Knowledge of the printing industry.
Previous experience working directly for a software vendor.
Experience working with Epicor ERP software.
