I am looking for a SAP HCM Senior subject matter expert to join my client in YorkshireYou will have access to the very latest technical software, you'll be the pivotal link between the customer and third party supplier as we develop the system to fit the needs of the business. Acting as senior subject matter expert in relation to business process redesign, system development and system optimisation, you'll provide support and guidance for the SAP HCM modules in one of these four areas:
o Payroll, Time Management and Travel Management
o Talent Management and SAP Learning Solutions
o Security & Authorisations/Organisational Management
o Customer Relationship Management
You'll need:
* Expert knowledge of one of the areas above and a firm grasp of at least one other
* Impressive track record in a helpdesk environment and significant SAP HCM experience
* First-class influencing and communication skills
* Education to degree level or equivalent
