Huxley are currently recruiting for a contract electrical design engineer for a client in the rail industry.Preferred candidates will have experience in:
- Electrical Design
- Previous rail experience
- PLC programming
- Lighting and Power design
The client is looking for an engineer to help maintain a busy work load after several succesful tenders have lef them short staffed.
The role is a 6 month contract with potential to extend based on current projects out for tenders. They will require somebody with experience in all aspects of Electrical enigneering in the building services sector from:
- Design and specification based upon the clients requirements.
- Installation of design, utilizing AUTOCAD electrical as well as a bespoke PLC system.
- Liaising with other departments within the organisation to ensure client specifications are met.
This is a 6 month contract position so you will be expected to it the ground running, in return you can expect a rate of between £30 and £40P/h.
