About the role of Service manager:
THIS IS A HANDS ON ROLE.
The consultant will be working in detailed technical solutions end to end this will require technical experience in the following
- PHP Development
- Environment setup on .NET/Linux
- Amazon
- CDN Caching (Edgecast)
- Domain Management
- Web Security
Tasks required of the Service Manager:
- Offer different types of working hosting environments for the customers online marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the Campaign hosted environments to make sure they meet both technical and security requirements of the customer
- Handle new campaign requests and service requests.
- Make sure the web sites meet the technical, editorial, security and design standards of the customer.
- Work closely with the security team, testing all campaign sites before they can go live.
- Kick-off meetings with design agencies and web site developers, informing them about the customers environments and coordinating the go live of the different marketing campaigns.
- Act as link between different stakeholders.
- Provide both technical and non-technical support to the customers departments, staff, external partners and third party vendors.
- Provide weekly reports to business.
- Send out information about new rules, technical changes, network status and public holidays to campaign owners and agencies.
- Assist developers with analysis of their PHP/HTML/.NET website code and perform investigations and code changes.
- Make sure campaigns are live and working on production on the agreed live date. Remove expired campaigns.
- Check so the campaigns are recording statistics properly before launch and during the campaign period.
- Make sure traffic driving marketing URLs and domains are in place and working before the campaigns goes live.
- Coordinate the moderation setup for new social media sites and campaign sites with user generated content.
- Technical troubleshooting and investigations.
