We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator who is ready to take up a new challenge within a fast growing SaaS company in South Yorkshire.

Salary - up to £40k

Start - ASAP

The key duties include Installation, support and maintenance of desktops and hardware, infrastructure maintenance, some experience of scripting or programming for task automation would be a bonus.

You must have excellent communication, client facing experience and experience of liaising with levels of management; and you must show a keen desire to engage with all members of the team, quick to learn new technologies in your own time and add value to the company.

Essential skills include:
  • Proven experience of managing an environment of at least 100 desktops
  • Proven experience of managing a WAN of at least 2 international sites
  • Proven experience in a cloud-based deployments
  • Experience of working in an ITIL environment; ISO27001
  • Windows OS - XP, Vista and Windows 7
  • Server OS - Windows and Linux
  • Virtualisation - Citrix Xen, VMWare or KVM
  • Networking - Configuration, Cabling, TCP/IP printers
  • Office , SAS, VMWare
  • Laptops/Desktops hardware diagnostics
  • Mobile internet devices - Wireless or 3G
  • Blackberry management
  • VoIP telephone system knowledge


Desirable:

*Experience of working in a web hosting environment

*MCP Certification

*MCSA Certification

Soft Skills:

*The drive to deliver outstanding customer service

*Excellent verbal and written skills

*Creative and collaborative team player
