Initiate sales process with potential new clients Develop sales and budget plan for territoryContribute to global sales team with forecasts, weekly reports, market intelligence, etc.Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposalsEstablish and manage an agent & representatives network in designated territory.Negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company when required.Support the development of client relationships through business and social interaction.Attend exhibitions & industry forums as required in pursuit of new business.Support other departments and carry out duties as and when business requirements dictate.Ensure personal compliance with all HSE legislation and HSE Company policyBe fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all timesSupport other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager
Other Skills:
Ability to work under a minimum of supervision. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings as they pertain to assembly of inflatable and swellable packers or related downhole tools.
Must demonstrate effective organisation and time management skills. Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office products to include Word and Excel and other related systems. Familiarity with computer networks and email.
