Corporate Tax Business Support/Tax adviser/Tax consultant
A leading London based Investment Bank is currently searching for a Corporate Tax Business Support/Tax adviser to join their Business Planning team on a contract basis. The role offers a wide range of challenging and interesting tax advisory work with an internationals focus. You must come from financial services background. The successful Tax advisor will have sound UK tax technical knowledge. UK outbound tax knowledge is desirable eg CFC. You will be CTA and/or ACA qualified or qualified lawyer. The successful Tax will have strong communication skills
As a Corporate Tax Business support your responsibilities will include:
*Dealing with the set up of new entities from a tax perspective.
*Dealing with overseas tax authorities
*Managing tax risk arising from activities of the Investment Bank.
*Documenting tax analysis to support all work done, including provision of summaries to tax reporting and tax compliance colleagues
