Description Of Daily responsibilities
Process Remedy Tickets re: UNIX account provisioning/deprovisioning
Troubleshoot UNIX user access issues
Manage local UNIX accounts and privileges
Evaluate and remediate general security & access issues
Gather data/evidence for auditors
Top 3 - 5 Required Skills
Strong UNIX skills (AIX, Linux, Solaris) with a focus on Identity Management
Remedy Service Request tool or related ticketing product
Basic to intermediate understanding of UNIX Security concepts
Understanding of sudo/elevated privileges
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or additional 4 years of equivalent work experience
A minimum of 8 or more years of experience in an Information Technology enterprise
A minimum of 5 or more years of experience in AIX/Linux/Sun operating system administration
A minimum of 3 or more years of UNIX security administration experience
Basic understanding of Active Directory administration and/or UNIX-to-AD authentication
UNIX Identity Management experience
