OSS Service Assurance Business Process Consultant
The role will act as a lead Business Process Consultant in a OSS Service Assurance Transformation program to assist major Telecom player in Middle East, for the day to day Business Process related activities across service assurance projects.
Perform analysis of the AS-IS Operations Processes and existing KPIs/OLAs monitoring & control functions in Network Operations Centers (NOCs) for different technology domains.
Define Target Operating Model for customer's future centralized Network Operations Center enabling common organization, processes, and systems for all technology domains.
Define Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to establish common Monitoring & Control function across Network Operations
Define Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) between Network Operations Departments ensuring accountability and traceability
Define End-to-End Network Operations Monitoring & Control Reports
Operations Control Model Implementation for End-to-End Network Operations Monitoring
Translate the new operating model and all monitoring and control capability requirements into formal implementation scope for inclusion into key OSS Transformation Projects.
Manage roll-out of the new processes and Monitoring & Control capability across Network Operations Centers
Maintain strong liaison with and support end user community during the planning, implementation and roll out phases
Perform post-rollout review and fine tuning of KPIs and OLAs by analysing the actual operational data
