SLS ENGINEER - Sliedrecht, Netherlands - Mobile Telecoms - Contract
The objective of the role of SLS Engineer is:
EXECUTION OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TASKS WITHIN THE NETWORK OF DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS, UNDER SUPERVISION OF THE FIELD CONTROL CENTER WITHIN THE RULES AND GUIDELINES OF ENN, THUS TAKING CARE OF MAINTENANCE OF THE NETWORKS OF DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS.
As SLS Engineer you will;
* Works on remote at antenna sites
* perform fault services (24/7 standby)
* All tasks are in a multi-customer and multi-vendor environment.
* Build acceptance, configure, optimisation, testing and accept of new network elements, within the applicable design frameworks and according to the current change management procedures in order to implement new network share with the least possible disruption of network availability
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* SLAs/KPIs of individual customers
* Efficiency inventory (system)
* Turnaround tickets
* Average travel time
* Number of re-plans
* % successfully executed changes/implementations
To be considered for the role of SLS Engineer you will have;
* MTS work and thinking level.
* Technical knowledge electro and telecom technique
* IT experience within the Telecoms.
* Little knowledge of ARBO
* On remote makes the appropriate IT activities to make sure that the site gets on air.
* On remote, Commissioning sites
* The mandate to take decisions in case of ARBO issues.
