Senior Facility Manager - Toulouse, France - To €60k plus packageA leading Real Estate organisation is urgently seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to work on client site in Toulouse. You must speak both French and English and have a solid track record in Facilities Management.
You will provide senior leadership to the site delivery teams across the region including financial management and service delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide senior leadership in the deliver services across the EMEA France Region.
Environmental, Health & Safety Management - responsible for EHS compliance on campus. Act as role model for EHS delivery.Ensure all EHS programs are in place and adhered to
Client Management - ensure that on site Clients expectations are met and achieve KPI/CPI's
Contract Management - ensure that all contracts within the responsible site are professionally delivered per guidelines.The successful candidate will have skills in sourcing, negotiating, executing and managing subcontractors
Finance Management - in conjunction with FM's, develop annual budget/forecast and manage spends/invoices/PO's to achieve
