Description
The candidate will interact daily with the first and second level support teams to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced PC issues that could affect the entire organization
Minimum Skills Required
- LAN Desk or similar systems management application
- Credant encryption software or similar application
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7 and XP)
Not Required, but a Plus
- Certified LAN Desk Engineer
- Credant Encryption training certification
