About this job:
We are looking for IT Support Specialists who have hands on experience supporting, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and peripherals. The ideal candidates will have their A+ certification, experience working with ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and 2-5 years of experience. This position is a 5 month contract position with a Fortune 200 client.
In this job you will:
- Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of complicated tasks.
- Typically report to a project leader or manager.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
