Implementation Manager
Approach:
- Understand the Implementation Strategy and approach.
- Identify what state the environments need to be in at any point in the Implementation window.
- Identify the owned activities needed to get the environments into the required states and check them out.
- Ensure the activities are in synch with the rest of the implementation.
- Identify resources to complete the activities/support ant recoveries/manage the activities in the trials and the go live.
- Set up and run a local C&C function.
Risks/Issues:
- No Implementation ( and backout ) strategy defined as yet.
- Cutover trials schedule not yet baselined.
This role is with a major banking client based in Edinburgh and would look for candidates with this experience.
