Internal Sales / Talent Acquisition Consultant - SThreeYou will be working for a global staffing organization that specializes in the placement of professionals across the Oil & Gas industry. In the role of a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will:
- Source quality candidates through advertising and job board searches
- Write effective adverts
- Qualify all candidates by phone to decide suitability
- Conduct 1ststage competency interviews by phone / f2f
- Sell the role of a recruitment consultant and the SThree brands
- Help build our brand identity
- Manage the recruitment process from start to end (including work samples)
- Effectively handle candidate and client objections
- Build strong relationships with local universities to maintain a flow of quality candidates
- Assist in the organization of careers and graduate fairs
- Organize and run regular Assessment Centers
- Help drive referrals within the business
- Manage relationships with external agencies as required
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of recruitment industry and key competitors
