Head of IT - GlasgowMy client, are currently seeking an IT Manager to implement the re-defined IT strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage IT infrastructure
- Provide specific guidance to team members to ensure that project focus is on target and work is accomplished on time and of the highest quality standards
- Design and implement IT projects relevant to the growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Master's Degree
- Strategic consulting experience
- A minimum of five years of IT strategy engagement management experiences consisting of IT alignment; IT vision, assessment, strategy formulation, planning; IT value, priority setting; architecture; aligning IT with the CEO's agenda and enterprise architecture activities
- 2+ years experience leading large teams
- Experience drafting and presenting project proposals
Preferred Skill Requirements:
- Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
- Possess strong communications skills - both written and verbal. Has the ability to develop and articulate an effective flow of ideas and information that generates understanding and creates a climate in which others are motivated
- Have a proven record as a team player; able to foster excellent relationships and create an atmosphere of partnership and collaboration
- Be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character who has demonstrated high moral and ethical behaviour
- Experience dealing with senior executives with internal and external clients
