Our client is a leading Financial Services Organisation

The Opportunity
As a subject matter expert in PPI complaint handling, you will work in close conjunction with the operation, providing the vital link to ensure quality standards of complaint handling are achieved and maintained.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of the following

  • Assessment of the quality of the work undertaken by the PPI Case Handlers
  • Reviewing decisions undertaken by the PPI Case Handlers to ensure fair outcomes have been achieved for customers
  • Coaching and supporting PPI case handlers to achieve quality standards required
  • Quality checking files to ensure compliance standards are met within a target driven environment.
  • Acting as reference point for questions or issues arising from case handlers
  • Identifying bottlenecks and providing support to individuals to achieve targets
  • Recording information on cases quality assured as required
  • Contribution to and the production of appropriate management information and reporting .
  • Identifying trends from management information and implementation of solutions to maintain quality standards
  • Reporting issues to a Team Leader or similar

The Candidate
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 12 months experience of Quality Checking in a PPI environment within a Financial Services Organisation. Working knowledge of the regulatory landscape in relation to PPI is a pre requisite for the role.

You must be target driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to communicate in a concise manner
