CMS Technical Architect (Open Source)
The CMS Technical Architect will lead the implementation of primarily our WordPress and Drupal implementation projects for our large Fortune 500 clients. The CMS Technical Architect is a key role in the development and delivery of our clients high quality websites. Leading these projects, the Architect will analyze existing technology, develop technical plans for site implementation into the platform-based CMS, as well as configure and develop the site in the CMS as needed. The CMS Technical Architect will lead all technical aspects and manage other project team members as needed.

Required Experience:
  • Experience leading the design and implementation of WordPress and Drupal CMS projects
  • Experience with Agile development methodology and workflow
  • LAMP stack configuration for high traffic/availability sites
  • PHP/DBA and Drupal Development skills for code state review
  • Platform assessment experience
  • Drupal Architect Skills with an understanding of Drupal 6, and 7 (knowledge of Drupal 8 preferred) and content migration experience, from 6 to 7 and the risks associated.
  • WordPress Architect Skills with advanced knowledge beyond theming (Hooks, Actions, Filters, Frameworks, WordPress Development in a team structure and multiple environments)
