Drupal Theme Developer
Our company is using a Drupal (multisite) installation for delivering different sites for our line of conferences. We've just finished with the functionality we want, using the Omega theme (barebones) and need a themer for:

Quickly building a very basic, responsive theme (preferably w/ Omega) that looks similar to our current static content. Our estimate is that for a seasoned developer this would be a few days of work. Maybe even less than a week.

After that, helps us build a brand new, world-class, jaw-dropping theme! This will take much longer.
