Ihre Aufgaben:
- Administrate and Support SCCM 2007 global infrastructure (Patch Deployment, Package Deployment, Infrastructure Health Monitoring, Inventory, Application Virtualization (APP-V), Operating System Deployment)
- Create new Windows based images for deployment via OSD (Driver integration, Edit/Maintain Task sequences, Certifying new hardware for deployment)
- Maintain SQL servers & reporting databases (KPI reporting, Client Health reporting)
- Build and review scripts and applications to ensure compliancy with SCCM / Operating System Deployment
- Provide 3rd level support to Global IT and its customers
- Coordination with contacts for respective Backend Systems
- 3rd level support for package
Ihre Qualifikation
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating System Platform (W7, Vista and XP)
- Broad knowledge of desktop and laptop technologies
- Excellent knowledge of SCCM/SMS infrastructure and it's components
- Excellent knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Windows Management Interface (WMI)
- Experience in Visual Basic Scripting, Javascript, and HTML/XML
- MS .Net Technology (visual basic and/or c#)
- Used to working in virtual teams
- Fluent English skills (project language)
