Credit IT Support AnalystOur client in NYC is currently looking for a full time, permanent employee to join their technology support team, salary is approx k. No relocation assistance is available.
They are looking for someone with Credit and Electronic Trading / eTrading exposure, plus some support and technical skills (eg. Perl/shell/SQL etc). You will be sitting front office, so interacting directly with the users, therefore communication skills are key. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Interacting with the Credit business to log, prioritize, resolve, escalate (where required), and own all support issues through to completion.
- Perform deep analysis of support requests to identify the most efficient solutions to client issues.
- Keep abreast of the wider projects within the technology space, and where feasible, leverage these initiatives to improve issue resolution and client service.
- Take on "System Specialist" responsibility for a suite of applications, and become a knowledge reference point for the support, development and project teams.
- Delivery responsibility for minor works to support project initiatives and / or to improve client service.
