Front Office Senior Java/C# Developer - Investment Bank - GlasgowAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Java Developer who also boasts C#/.NET experience to join a Front Office team.
You will be joining a leading fixed income team working on a global trading platform. This application is multi-tier with a C# GUI supported by a Java service layer and Sybase database.
Therefore, you should have both GUI and server side experience, as well as solid design (OO) and architectural experience. As a senior position this role will also involve you taking part in the mentoring and recruiting of junior team members, as well as in the participation of wider initiatives.
This is an exciting position for a Senior Java/C# Developer who is keen to progress their career in a front-office role, and take on more responsibilities within an Internationally reputed team with a great career path.
Prerequisites for the job:
- Expert Java Development
- C# Development
- Front Office Experience - Fixed Income knowledge is preferable
