If so read on as this could be the ideal role for you!We are looking for a keen Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a leading hydro engineering company based in Bristol. The company is currently involved in a project working on a leading energy generation plant in South Wales. Due to foreseeable expansion and continued projects. My client is looking to bring on two senior design engineers with previous experience working on tidal turbines.
The Person
We are searching for a candidate that is looking for a career in the renewable sector, who has a keen interest in mechanical design. We are looking for an engineer who is thinking about their next career move. To be considered you will have the following:
- 5-10 years experience in any renewable sector, we are ideally looking for engineers from a tidal or wind background
- Proven mechanical design background
- Exposure to Pro-E or applicable
- Excellent communication on all levels
- The ability to capitalise on problems and find solutions
