Position Description:
Work in a fast-paced service-oriented department. Provide access to various applications/platforms based on requests. Ensure that procedures are followed to give access and necessary approvals are obtained. Complete assignments according to SLAs. Experience Level: 1-3 Years. Skill Set: Knowledge of identity access management or access control processes. High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities:
Creating, modifying and deleting userid for all new/existing employees and contractors.
Follow internal processes on all daily activities in regards to Provisioning/De-Provisioning Administration and support.
Provide BP support, troubleshooting, and follow-up for all Identity & Access Management related issues and service that need attention beyond standard requests.
Maintain end-to-end accountability of user accounts or problems with user accounts.
Provide the general support environment by assisting client hiring managers and other authorized requestors.
Top 3 - 5 Required Skills:
3 years directly related work experience in Identity and Access Management creating or modifying user accounts, troubleshooting access issues and using Remedy to monitor and receiving incoming requests and problems. 2-3 years Remedy experience; and 2-3 years of Lotus Notes experience.
Desired skills:
3 or more years of directly related work experience in Mainframe (Vanguard VRA 6.2, RACF)
4 or more years Previous work experience in IT
Excellent communication skills
Able to work effectively in a group environment
Able to prioritize work to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Soft Skills:
Must have effective written and oral communication skills, as well as positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude. Must be able to work in a team environment.
