Description
Our client a leading consultancy organisation require a Resource Manager Support Consultant (not recruitment), working within the resource management function ensuring the efficient and effective utilisation of on and offshore resources through knowledge of sector specific pipelines and working across the service line teams to ensure we are delivering the right resources on projects. The role is to work closely with the overall Resource Manager utilising MI to support resourcing decisions and ensure MI reporting and RM management processes are operationalised across the organisation.
Skills Required:
Excellent Resource Management experience, Experience of Retain Resource Management Tool, Ability to use initiative and influence key stakeholders.
