Description
We are urgently seeking a Senior Transformation Process Consultant to provide support & supervision for the project stream leadership in charge of assisting a leading telecommunications company in Iran to drive the transformation plan. You will coordinate and report to the Program Director, on achievements and risks regarding the work stream, and supply the necessary reports and documents. By assisting and coaching the CIO, you will help build the target organisation; also help build the transformation project plan.
Main tasks:
Manage the consulting team of the work stream process
Help define the transformation roadmap (projects, impacts, planning )
Propose decision and recommendation for arbitration
Writing and definition of the guidelines and principles of the change programme at a macro level and decline it to be operational at department/branch/region/expertise levels
Bring benchmark from mature telco operator on best practices for organisation, software maintenance, vendor piloting.
You will have:
Over 15 years of relevant experience, including experience in Process management position
Knowledge of the business model and operations of a telco operator
Experience in the transformation process of a telco
Strong all-around knowledge of the telecommunications industry and market
Experience in management of large projects, in leading, motivating, managing large teams and keen on facilitating the transfer of know-how and best practices
