Wholesale CRM support specialist.
Professional skills:
Understanding of Sales/Marketing/Customer services processes used within International Wholesale banking.
Affinity with- and understanding of Customer Relationship Management & Master Data Management concepts
Good training skills (organize and conduct training sessions)
(General knowledge and awareness of ITIL)
Capable of working under stress on multiple issues at the same time
Accuracy of work
Ability to adapt when working together with both Front Office and IT/Ops (different roles/levels)
* Experience: working at financial institution for at least 1 year
* Knowledge: extensive knowledge of Excel and SharePoint, preferably CRM-systems
* Relevant competencies:
