We are looking for a Web Developer ready to join the Official.fm dev team to help musicians spread their music and connect with their fans. Official.fm provides tools for artists & labels to help them manage, promote and sell their music online. Launched in August 2010, Official.fm is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland and has an office in Paris, France.

You’ll get involved in the prototyping and development of new features in collaboration with the product team, focusing on the interactive web-based front end. We use an agile development methodology and use many of the latest technologies in our software and our development environment. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working for a small company and who can make a big contribution to our future. Our dev team is equipped to work remotely wherever you would be in Europe.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with responsive web design, responsive frameworks as well as experience with Facebook, web and mobile UX design and development.

Job description:
  • Prototype new features with the product team before the development starts
  • Participate in the development process as HTML/CSS development
  • Communicate with the product team and back-end developers


  • Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented, organized, rigorous
  • Knowledge of agile development processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Plus: Passionate about music and a good eye for what looks good


  • Technical knowledge:
  • Expertise with Frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Compass)
  • Knowledge of GIT version control tool
  • Knowledge of Javascript is a plus
