Description
Scandinavian speaking IT Asset/Logistics Coordinator required for a 12 month assignment based in Kongsberg, Norway.
Our client is looking for someone with the following:
- Knowledge and experience with IT Service Management Tools
- Experience with Service Request Management, Asset Management and Logistic Management
- Ability to take lead on operational tasks and projects
- Experience working within processes and improvement of services
- Extended database knowledge
- Experienced user of reporting tools
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Norwegian, verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL
Experience in a selection of the following: IT Service Management, Reporting tools as Cognos and Crystal Reports, MSOffice, MS Access, SAP and Asset Management tool (TAMIT)
