Required to implement and administer retention plans to deliver customer retention targets, including;
-Delivering scaled retention activity across direct mail, telephone and email for both print and digital.
-Administer and deliver all print and digital renewal offers
-Manage on-line portal and digital magazine activation.
The suitable applicant MUST be familiar with on-line customer services management and digital marketing, have good numeracy skills, strong communication, with a good working knowledge of excel.
