An opportunity for experienced Compliance case review analysts is now available with a leading Bank based in the City ofLondon. You will be responsible for delivering quality case review work and validating the assessment outcome against the agreed assessment outcome methodology. The case files are based on complex SME lending products linked with interest rate derivatives. You will review the methodology used in the assessment of compensation claims from corporate customers to ensure an accurate assessment of the case was conducted. You will ensure that case files are of an acceptable standard and identify any cases that fall outside of the agreed methodology.This role would suit contractors with prior experience working in a case review function. You will have prior working knowledge of interest rate derivatives and their use within commercial / corporate banking. The policies involved fall broadly within the treating customers fairly (TCF) arena. You will have at least 2 years experience of working within financial services in a risk management or advisory compliance position.
