Based out of Parramatta, this major government organisation is looking for a Change Analyst to help with a Windows 7 rollout project.

The Change Analyst provides Organisational Change Management (OCM) for the introduction of the new Microsoft Desktop SOE (Windows 7, Office 2007, Internet Explorer 8) across the business. They are responsible for managing the consistent, customer-focused delivery of the products developed by the project team. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Determine the project's impact on clients and stakeholders and work within the project team to sensitivity managed and introduce the change
  • Work with the Change Manager to design, document and develop communication and change management  plans to lead the organisational change
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholder and user communications
  • Develop support and training material for stakeholders, users and IT service groups
  • Perform change management tasks at a professional standard and in accordance with the Prosci ADKAR OCM methodologies

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and align new business processes to new technologies
    Strong knowledge and experience in, desktop upgrade projects. eg Win 7 and Office 2010
  • Knowledge of adult education including development of E-learning and blended training solutions. Desirable Certificate IV in Workplace Training and assessment or equivalent
  • Demonstrated skills in change management, research, analysis and problem solving in a project environment
  • Formal training and/or experience in using a recognised OCM methodology to identify and apply effective organisational change management strategies
