Responsibilities:
Complete process audit
witness full assembly and test process of every product
confirm current process achieves design intent
capture exactly what items are assembled at each stage of the build and identify tools used
identify any engineering change requests/quality investigations
Confirm tools meet tool drawings/if not coordinate drawing updates
Identify all standard and special tools
List all tooling improvements as suggested by operators
Photos/extracts from drawing or 3D model to be included
Each page to include tools used and a picture or drawing extract for each tool
