Responsibilities

SKILLS

Required:
7+ years in IT industry; 5+ years exposure to website technologies; 4+ years experience in a IT technical L2/L3 administrator/support role; 1+ years Content Management System or preferably SharePoint experience (both authoring content and supporting system); Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail; Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolves incidents of varying nature; Ability to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment and to multi-task effectively; HTML & JavaScript proficiency; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Ability to use a ticketing/Incident tracking software; Experience in the software development life cycle. Task Oriented, Ability to prioritize.

Preferred:
2+ years SharePoint experience (both authoring content and supporting system); Graphic Editing abilities (Photoshop)
