Job DescriptionParticipates in business process assessment, analysis, design and implementation consulting engagements;
Analyzes customer business process requirements; Ensures clear understanding of customer's requirements, in validating the business process analysis, design and implementation from proposal through deployment;
Develop pre-sales and delivery content based on area of expertise. Lead key initiatives in delivery engagements to support overall commitments to client
Develops multi-level relationships with customers and leads cross-functional teams to understand and investigate the current business process design, identify problems, complexities, non value-added steps, inefficient workflows and other design factors.
Participates in all phases of consulting or implementation projects.

Qualifications:
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or above degree, preferably in Quality Management, Management, Computer Science or related work experience
Experience Requirements
More than 10 years experience in automotive industry working with global OEMs and/or suppliers
Quality, Lean strategy and solution implementation or consultant experience. Six Sigma a plus
Experience in developing proposals and statements of work
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
Automotive Industry Knowledge and familiar with vehicle quality management
Quality management transformation at both the strategic business level and the functional and operational level
Strong consulting skill and project skill in automotive industry
Ability to develop proposals and statements of work
Ability to think creatively and collaborate with international teams
Ability to work with cross-cultural teams
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as clearly articulate technical issues both written and verbally.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good command of English and/or Chinese
