Duties
  • Conduct IHS/HPDI searches/downloads
  • Format and load production data (Client/IHS/HPDI)
  • High proficiency with ARIES including -

  • Building ARIES cases
  • Making and checking ARIES runs
  • Troubleshooting ARIES databases
  • Preparing Access queries and managing database of standard queries
  • Preparing Ad Hoc reports from Aries databases for various purposes

    • Providing materials for document preparation -

  • Summary tables for reports and offering materials
  • Reserve Reports - cashflows and one-line summaries
  • Production Plots

    • Reviewing and formatting both text and summary technical information for publication on DVD and Virtual Data Room
    • Managing the receipt, storage and distribution of data received from clients
    • Building and manipulating EXCEL spreadsheets -

  • Pivot tables
  • Data analysis
  • Statistics

    • SkillsCandidate MUST have
    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • College Degree
    • High degree of proficiency with ARIES
    • Proficiency in Office programs - especially EXCEL and ACCESS
    • Strong math skills
    • Very good organizational and verbal skills
    Very Helpful
    • Proficiency in PHDWin
    • Experience doing ARIES to PHDWin conversions
    *Occasional travel may be required*
