Description
Key Accountabilities- Contribute to the design and implementation of the Operational Risk control mechanisms throughout the company Support the business in the maintenance of their Operational Risk control environments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities as a consequence of supporting the business in their maintenance of their Operation Risk control mechanisms.
- Contribute to the production of Risk functional guides detailing all procedural activities.
- Deliver oversight and challenge of business owned risk and issues.
- Enable change through responsible risk management programmes
- Ensure the business complies with appropriate Operational policies and procedures. Promote objective approach to reviewing risks, issues, gaps and solutions
- Proactively identify and create solutions to risk management issues, with recommendations to the Operational Risk Management team
- Contribute to the development of a standardised approach to documenting processes, risks and issues
- Support the delivery of Operational risk policy and processes through dialogue with the Business
- Manage business identified emerging risks/ issues initially and facilitate further reporting
