- SharePoint Portal architecture and administration.
- Microsoft SharePoint Server products and technologies.
- Liaision with technical staff and management at all levels.
- Web content management using SharePoint.
- SharePoint customisation (HTML, CSS, XSLT advantageous).
- Communication and knowledge management.
- Writing technical documentation
YOUR Responsibilities:-
- Engage in analysis, design, development, administration, support and documentation tasks relating to the delivery of SharePoint solutions to meet agreed time, cost and quality requirements;
- Provide systems support services to meet customer demand for the resolution of incidents, problems, service requests and business improvement initiatives;
- Provide accurate delivery estimates for work to be performed;
- Comply with appropriate policy and guidelines specified within ISB's Project Management, Systems Development, Solutions Architecture and Service Management frameworks;
- Research and evaluate new technologies, software solutions, better practice methodologies and opportunities for business improvement as required; and
- Provide technical advice to other ISB staff and participate in skills transfer as required and mentor junior staff.
